Susan represented us in the purchase of our new home in a highly desirable neighborhood (great schools). We were outbid but she kept in contact with the sellers agent, keeping us as the backup offer in case the buyers fell out of the process. When the original buyers fell out, our back offer was accepted. The purchase went without a hitch and we are thankful for all her hard work, extra efforts and great organizational skills that enabled us to move into our new home at a great price! The recent sale of our home in Chino Hills was necessary as part of our divorce process and was handled by Susan Wan Ross and Bill Etchagaray
Kathie has known Susan on a personal basis for over 15 years.
This real estate team did an amazing job of preparing a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis to help us arrive at the ideal listing price. Although the housing market was definitely picking up, there was virtually no inventory in our area to help establish normal comparable properties. We had refinanced 14 months earlier and at that time the appraisal was conservative compared to the price we were guided to set by Susan and Bill who had studied our particular situation very carefully. They had also strongly suggested by when the house should be listed in order to take advantage of the market upturn.
The timing was critical and though our home was in good condition for sale, there were a number of details that needed to be addressed quickly and Susan and Bill provided all the help we needed and got us in touch with the right people to do the work. They also provided assistance by staging the home which transformed it with decorating touches that truly complimented its design. The professional photographer they chose did a beautiful job of show-casing the house for the
publication materials.
Interest in the house was good, however it was Susan and Bill who ferreted out the serious potential buyers and worked with them to produce offers which ultimately exceeded our asking price by several thousand dollars. Their expertise concluded with a sale that was most satisfactory.

We are so glad we had
Susan helping us when we set out to buy a condominium in Los Angeles.

throughout the entire process : from finding properties to view, to
coordinating appointments, and helping us maneuver through the paperwork. Most of all, when our initial financing
fell through, she helped us get alternate financing so quickly that our closing
date was only postponed a few weeks.

I want to take a moment to tell everyone what a great real estate agent Susan Wan Ross is. My wife Elisse Cortez and I were looking for a condo in the downtown Long Beach area.
